Purpose Overall Relevance for the Organization: This position focuses on providing technical expertise and thought-leadership on enhancements and support of E-commerce business solutions within retail Omni-channel context. You will be working in coordination with the E-commerce Omni-channel Digital teams and within a fast-paced and cross-functional environment liaising with internal key stakeholders (E-commerce Omni-channel Digital CRM Supply Chain Procurement Finance Security and Compliance Architecture PMO etc.) as well as external parties (strategic partner development agencies service suppliers) to successfully translate and contribute to deliver business requirements. An excellent understanding of both commercialbusiness needs and technical concepts as well as the ability to translate them in concrete actions is essential to lead this key strategic area for adidas. Key Responsibilities: Will be a key member of the digital IT team and will manage projects from inception through to delivery. Contribute to organize and where necessary lead internal and external teams (both technicaldevelopment and cross functional) to guarantee the performance and evolution of the platform in line with business needs. Contributing to the evolution roadmap of eCommerce and omni-channel from an IT prospective and business solution assessment and design business case estimation project budgets planning implementation and rollout changes. Keeping on top of new technology and innovations to make relevant strategic recommendations. Leading requirements gathering within the business working across teams and translating these to technical requirements together with internal and external technical partners. Maximise the usage of the platform and the associated tools within the China eCommerce team via a continuous training process. Manage the existing data flow between internalexternal systems especially within ecommerce related systems e.g. OMS WMS POS ERP etc. Key Relationships: eCom Channel and own retail Supply Chain Management Marketing Finance Legal Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Passionate about delivering an exceptional ecommerce and omni-channel consumer experience and achieving ambitious business goals with global perspective Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate internal and external teams across countries. Agile project experience is essential. Strong knowledge with end-2-end digital ecosystemarchitecture integration and data flow from front-end website to back-end WMS and solutioning and troubleshooting is a must. Working knowledge of the main ecommerce websites (TMALL JD brand official site etc.) Working knowledge of Alibaba new retail or Tencent smart retail solution and project experience. Strong knowledge of the following one or two above eCommerce package solution (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud; SAP Hybris; custom build etc) and middle-layer systems (e.g. OMS CRM etc.) would be an advantage. Working knowledge of the security compliance and IT architecture is a plus. Working knowledge of business process re-engineering is a plus. Experience working in large multi-national companies with multiple functional team teams and stakeholders preferred Working proficiency in English Requisite Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications: 10 years professional working experience in ITeCommerceDigital 5 years of project management business analysttechnical manager and experience within multi-channel ecommerce environment. At least 3 years industry experience working across large websites marketplace site (JD Tmall) mobile to desktop. Experience working on innovation projects with an appreciation of design and understanding of the innovation process. Experience in managing the delivery of complex ideally transactional interfaces
